We went through Michael after being messed around by another broker for 8 months!! Our situation was difficult having a new company, but we were determined to get a mortgage and not be renting any longer! Both Michael and Sue were exceptional to work with - very good communication, fast replies, always available to take calls. Michael's coverage of the available options was comprehensive, and he has a great excel model for comparison between banks. Sue's supervision of the application and due diligence before settlement was invaluable - she picked up on an issue that had the potential to delay our settlement. Highly recommend.
