10/10 in all areas!

This is the second time that Sue and Michael have helped me sort my mortgage. This time was a lot more complex and out of my depth! Michael and Sue explained everything and were extremly patient. They are always quick to reply and extremely thorough. I bought previously in Perth and now in Canberra which wasn’t an issue at all for Michael or Sue.
