Michelle is very professional and very easy to talk with, including the in-depth explanation of some of the hard to understand parts of banking (I’m not used to doing this) and am pleased that there are brokers to make this process easier for people like myself. I’m also very happy with Michelle’s recommendation of changing banks, and have had a quite good time dealing with the new bank being St George. I just hope that the bank don’t shut down the local branch like most banks are doing. I’m a little old school and prefer to have face to face dealings with people rather than just text or internet chat.
