I’ve used Mish and the team at 360 for two purchases within the last two years, and couldn’t recommend anyone more to help when it comes to the financing, and wouldn’t consider using anyone else. With there being so many options and different lenders, it can be quite overwhelming to tackle on your own and figure out what will work best for your individual circumstance, and also trying to set everything up correctly for future purchases. Mish goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service, finding the right product for you, and ensures that the process is as smooth as possible. He has a great network and phenomenal experience and understanding of the industry. As someone who was recently a first home buyer, the process would’ve been a lot more stressful and daunting if it wasn’t for having such a supportive broker who was always there even to answer small questions unrelated to the actual lending side.
