Natalie and Kate, and their team, provided me with exceptional advice and support for a recent property purchase. From the first meeting with Natalie, right through to follow-up, post-settlement communications, they have been amazing. Natalie and Kate left me without any anxiety at all, when a situation arose because the bank didn't take an important step, notwithstanding relentless follow ups by Kate, reminding them of things they needed to do before settlement. Ultimately, settlement didn't occur on the due date - as a result of the bank's failures. Natalie drove to meet me on the weekends when the bank decided they needed additional documents signed. Even with the delayed settlement, I was not worried at all, knowing that Natalie and Kate ensured that the bank was responsible for any penalties and not me.
