The most phenomenal team to work with. I made a mistake and went house viewing without any pre-approvals lined up and saw a house that I loved and needed to secure ASAP. Had my first consult with Natalie on Monday, her team presented me with their loan recommendation by Tuesday afternoon and I had pre-approval by thursday evening and contract signed by Friday. Cannot recommend and thank Natalie and her team enough for their speed and dedication and I felt supported the entire time through a very stressful week. Communication was excellent and an added benefit was the streamlined process with Birdie conveyancing.
