Natalie and her team made the whole process very easy. They were helpful, informative and always kept us up to date as our application progressed which they proactively managed.
Natalie was great in understanding our needs to find us the right product and her team were generally quite good with getting back to our queries quickly and efficiently, however there was a few instances where documents hadn’t been checked before being ready to sign so could have been negatively impacted if we hadn’t caught out the mistakes.
