Nat and her team (Kate and Tanya) assisted my partner and I through the purchase of our first property. Throughout the process they were knowledgeable, patient and comforting, as we tried and failed a few times to purchase. They are concise with all of the paper work that needs to be completed and will push (where possible) to gain pre approval so if the property that you wish to purchase is hopefully your property.
