Nat was absolutely amazing! We didn't have the most straight forward application and had to change things around a few times. Nat was always very understanding and worked really hard to get our approval across the line. Even after our property settled Nat checked in with us and helped us change a few things around which meant we will save even more on our loan each year. Lei was also a massive help, checking in and making sure we knew the documents we needed to send in. Couldn't recommend Nat and Lei more highly.

We've known Natalie for a long time and have worked with her as our broker in the past so using her again was an easy decision.This time around though we found lending to be as tough as we've ever known it to be in almost 20 years of buying and selling.Natalie really looked after our interests, especially when the banks wanted us to use products that were not really in our bestinterest. She shopped around and advised us on products and ways of lending that we were not familiar with (split loans) but weremuch more beneficial to us.
