We couldn’t be happier with the service provided by our mortgage broker and the entire team — Nat, Ash, Lei and Vianca. From the very start, they did an incredible job and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and well managed. Communication was excellent throughout (shoutout to Lei who always went above and beyond) with regular updates so we always knew exactly where things were at. The team was consistently available to answer questions, no matter how small and nothing ever felt like too much trouble (they were so patient with us).
