Exceeded Expectations

I have always been a sceptic of brokers and was confident that I was better off negotiating with a lender directly. This was easy after being loyal to same lender for 15 years however when they failed to provide any adequate service upon trying to finance my wife when on the hunt for a trusted local broker. Nat and the entire team at Birdie proved me wrong and were nothing but informative, knowledgeable and supportive through the process. The communication was just outstanding!
