Gold standard of service

Natalie and her team from Birdie were absolutely brilliant. I didnt realise what type of service a mortgage broker COULD give you until birdie. Previously, I missed my first mortgage payment because my mortgage broker was meant to communicate how we were to make the payments and didnt. I thought it was a very transactional relationship. With Nat and her team it wasn't anything like that, they communicated every step of the way including after settlement, checking to make sure the loan was showing up in the banking app and the first payment has come out okay. This is a service that goes above and beyond and makes the process as transparent as possible. As mortgage brokers make the money regardless of how they treat their clients, it shows the integrity of the company to offer such gold standard service.
