Josh and John were great to deal with. We refinanced our home loan with a different lender to achieve a better rate. They explained everything in detail and made sure we understood exactly how everything was working. The new lender didn’t make it the smoothest of transfers but Josh and John were persistent and gave us confidence we were making the right move. We now are on a better rate and are saving quite a few $$ annually just by simply organizing a rate review. Appreciate the effort gents.
