We found Skye to be friendly yet it was tricky to communicate with her and get things done quickly as she only works part-time. We would've preferred to continue working with Nathan. Furthermore, seeing as the purpose of working with a broker was to assist us in understanding the jargon that goes with buying houses, we don't feel we got as much out of it as we were hoping. Oftentimes, Skye's emails were unclear and required further clarification as a lot was assumed knowledge that we didn't have. Angela was wonderful! She kept us informed every step of the way and was extremely efficient and speedy at getting back to us with information, clarification and FYIs.
