Nathan from Birdie excelled at listening to our needs and preparing an application that was realistic for us and enabled a busy family to avoid a double-move. Our application for pre-approval went to the bank before Christmas then our offer on a home occurred just before Easter, both of which set us challenges to receive answers from the bank. Nathan ensured our application stayed on-track and his recommendations to us have set us up with an affordable mortgage.
