It has always been my biggest dream to purchase my very own home but as a first home buyer, I was surprised by the amount of work that goes into it... engaging a bank, applying for the loan, making an offer, finding a conveyancer, the list goes on and on! The more I delved into it, the more intimidating I found the process. That is, until I found Nathan and the Birdie Wealth team. Nathan broke down the 'jargon' and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. He was a complete professional and at all times it was clear to me that he understood the buying process inside and out, and my finances were in very capable hands. To Nathan, no question was a dumb question, and I felt comfortable in asking anything that I needed clarification on. Importantly, Nathan was also very quick to respond to my queries and he was able to facilitate a fast turnaround time on settlement for me, which gave me the upper hand against fellow buyers and allowed me to buy the property of my dreams!
