From the very first meeting, Nathan, you made us feel so at ease and simplified what felt like an extremely complicated and overwhelming process so smoothly. How lucky were we for you to have put us in contact with Chloe, Every question you had answered, every box you had ticked and every one of our messages was answered (even the silly ones) I'm sure we don't even know how much work went on behind the senses to deliver us this result and we are so incredibly thankful for you. Jennett, your communication was impeccable, always keeping us in the loop, along with Chloe made us feel so supported. As an admin assistant myself I know how much you also do behind the scenes that is often overlooked so thank you for everything we know you did for us as well as all the things we don't know.
