Couldn't have done it without Birdie!

When we reached out to Nathan a few weeks ago, we were just starting to casually look at properties. If anyone would have told us then, that we would already own a house now, we would have declared them for insane. And let's be honest, what the Birdie team helped us to achieve in the last weeks, was pretty insane! The total time frame from first inspection to settlement was exactly 3 weeks. The time frame from offer acceptance to settlement was only 2 weeks. Not to mention the fact that we also had a holiday planned for 1 of those 2 weeks. While I wouldn't recommend to anyone to buy a house in such a time frame, I would 100% recommend them to have Birdie on their side if they do.
