Efficient, polite and patient

We went with Cube on the recommendation of family and it was a very good choice - Nevada presented us with good options for our needs and circumstances, and explained the pros and cons of the lenders products. He was happy to answer our questions, and quickly modified our game plan when we decided to gat slightly different loans. Most importantly though, when the lender wanted to up the interest rate even after we'd agreed to rate lock, he went in to bat for us and got us the better rate. Thanks Nevada!
