Nicholas was absolutely fantastic to deal with he was very quick to puts all the cards on the table in regards to what i was wanting to achieve and what was realistic. First option was to sell and re-buy but very quickly he gave me the option to Renovate and Extend at first I didn't want to go down that path with a young family but pointed out the pros and cons and for what seemed to be a pain was going to deliver our dream home without the sell re-buy hassles. He restructured my outgoings to be more simpler and and bundled them up for one easy repayment.
