This is my second time with Nick and Gold seal and it was an even better experience this time round for us. The amount of effort and time they put into assisting you with every aspect amazes me. It makes it the most stress free experience you could ask for. Nothing is too hard for them to help with and the communication is great! Knowing you have these guys helping you every step of the way takes so much pressure off the already crazy amount of things that get thrown at you and nothing is too much to ask for. I had to call them so many times over Christmas, which was the worst time to have a house settle, but it was never a hassle. I couldn't recommend Nick and the Gold seal team more. Amazing Customer Service!!! I am not the kind of guy to ever write reviews, but after Nick and Lara done such an excellent job with my families home loan needs (for the second time in 5 years) I felt it absolutely necessary to take the time to write this. I am usually a very "hands on" kind of guy and I like to be involved, but when our finances were in Nick's hands I NEVER had a single worry, as I knew he was looking after our best interests like we were one of his own family members. He went absolutely above and beyond, and where other brokers would just slot you into one of their pre-planned packages and take their fees, Nick and his team took the time to find out what we wanted, what we needed, and got the best possible deal for us that he could, much, much better than I could've gotten myself. I would call Nick and Lara every few days for updates on how things were going (sorry guys), but they ALWAYS had time for me, and would take the time to explain to me what stage things were at, and would explain it to me in proper English (not bank jargon) I seriously cannot recommend Goldseal Finance highly enough, it is a pity I cannot give more than 5 stars. Our finances were in such a mess that I didn't think it was possible to fix them, but If an obstacle came up, Nick would take it head-on, if that didn't work, he'd sidestep, or jump it, or roll under it, he'd always have a way to work it to get the best outcome, where other brokers would've just said, "sorry, too hard" and quit. In the end, Nick had gotten us exactly what we wanted, he got our finances in order and our home loan adjusted. Thankyou so much Nick, and thankyou Goldseal Finance, we will never go anywhere else.
