Nicole and her team found us mortgages with excellent rates. It was a trying time with Covid and the banks inundated with applications, consequently refusing to do pre-approvals. But Nicole found us two banks that would do the pre-approval, and we had the options of going with either. Her calm demeanour and perseverance was a great boon in the stressful process of buying our new home. Strongly recommended.
