This is the fourth property I have financed working with Peter. While I used to live in WA, I have now lived interstate for several years and still choose to use Peter - there is simply nobody else I would trust. It's not just his advice; it's his broader understanding of the myriad factors at play in any kind of financing decision. He is highly relational in his approach and understands the complexities that often come into play. While I have occasionally felt stressed, Pete never has! The process is seamless, even when many parts are in play, and I trust him and his team and their advice implicitly. There's nobody else I would use and as a result, Pete is not allowed to retire, ever!!
