Prompt, efficient and hassle-free service

My wife and I were continually kept abeast of what was happening. Everything was easily explained to us and Pukh was always willing to go the extra mile to assist us at all times. The service we received was excellent - prompt responses, efficicnt service and it made the whole process hassle-free for us. First class.
