We engaged Puk after an issue arose with another broker, which left us in a position that almost cost us our investment property. Without the persistence, knowledge and sheer determination from Puk and her team, we would not have had the issue resolved. She is an excellent communicator, genuinely has your best interests at heart and is just a lovely person in general.
