Working with Sarmad Behnam from Infinity Group to purchase our first investment property was an absolute pleasure. From our very first consultation, he was extremely professional, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Buying an investment property comes with a lot of moving parts and specific requirements, but Sarmad broke everything down into simple terms and guided us through every single step. His communication was prompt, clear, and reassuring, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. If you need a broker who truly knows the market and goes above and beyond for their clients, we cannot recommend Sarmad from Inifity Group highly enough!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We can’t thank Sarmad Behnam enough for all his help and support throughout our recent property journey. Sarmad first helped us refinance our primary residence, making the whole process simple and stress-free. More recently, he helped us take the next step by securing finance for our first investment property, which was a huge milestone for us. Throughout both processes, Sarmad has been incredibly professional, knowledgeable and responsive. He took the time to understand our goals, explained everything clearly and always made us feel like we were in safe hands. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he consistently went above and beyond to get the best possible outcome for us. We genuinely feel that Sarmad has played a big part in helping us achieve our property goals, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage broker. Thanks again, Sarmad — we really appreciate everything you’ve done for us!
