His patience in all things from answering questions to listening about doubts when we weren’t sure about what we were doing to going through every step of the process in helping us secure our loan . There were many questions and he answered everyone and liaised with our conveyancer ,made sure we knew what was going on through the whole process . Sam was always on call during work hours , after hours if anything needed to be discussed or information had to be relayed . Sam also helped guide me through an issue I had that was not quiet loan related but information was needed to help me close an existing account , while this technically is not his problem he stayed on the phone with me while I tried to navigate the computer . Sam continually went above and beyond to help us secure or loan . The man knows what he is doing ! I would have no issue in recommending him to anybody who needs a broker and have indeed passed on his information to a friend .
