Sam was a fantastic source of knowledge. He went above and beyond our expectations, informing us through the many different stages of buying our first house; instructing us what our potential price range was, detailing the different things we needed to complete prior to buying our house and holding our hand through the process. He was very clear and friendly explaining confusing concepts in an easy to understand way. I was touched when he attended our auction and lent further support on the day.
