Sam is the only reason we managed to buy our first home. Initially we didn't think it was even possible with our savings but he assured us we could do it and we did! He was always following up, checking in, reminding us of the next step. He didn't rest and as such settlement went very smoothly. He was such a nice guy to deal with and always had time for us. 100% would recommend Sam.
