As first home buyers with very limited knowledge of home loans and what to expect, Sam made everything so clear and easy. After having conversations with other brokers we were confused and put off the whole thing and went back to talking to banks. Sams communication was always prompt and however worked for us, which was sometimes tricky as my partner works FIFO. We had preapproval for our loan in a day amd unconditional in just a few days.
