I've always struggled to totally understand the details of home ownership, financing, and investing, how to get it right and to know all of the details about what can go right and wrong. I wish I'd known about Infinity and working with Sam all along, and I'm so glad we have help from the group to navigate the complexities and nuance of the bigger picture. We had a lot of little bumps along the road of refinancing especially, all of which were proactively and promptly smoothed over by Sam and the team. Sam was very attentive throughout the whole finance application process. We had several challenges throughout, including getting our credit score where it needed to be, he assisted in finding the right lender who would accommodate our situation. He also was very proactive in following up issues we had specific documentation that wasn’t managing to find its way to our respective email addresses. Sam was great conduit between the financial institutions and ourselves and what steps we had to undertake throughout the whole process.
