When we bought our house 6 years ago, things didn't go to plan. Our bank had said they would lend us the money for our first home, so we started looking. We found a beautiful house and made an offer that was accepted. Then the bank said they couldn't give us a mortgage. A friend gave us Simon's details, and with time ticking on our contract, we gave him a call. We were glad we did. He found us a lender and sorted out all the details in time for us to meet the contract deadline. We are very happy we gave him that call 6 years ago. Can't recommend him enough :)
