He’s incredibly knowledgeable and communicative, and remained calm and reassuring when we we’re in the final days of getting our loan processed (which is always a little stressful!) Always available to chat over the phone to answer questions and give advice. He also gave us constant updates when LMI fees changed and when a better loan opportunity came up. In our first session, Stephen reassured us that there is no stupid questions, which was a reassuring thing to hear when you are just getting started in the property market.
