Ease and Confidence

Steve and Tim have made this process for us as pleasurable and seamless as possible. Every question or request we had was answered with ease and confidence. It is almost sad for the process to be over as our main contact Tim, built rapport and trust with us immediately, and felt like we were able to converse with a friend rather than a faceless business.
