I don’t do reviews often. But this one deserves a review. Suvidh came to my rescue after many banks and mortgage brokers had misinformed me. I had literally 10 days for finance approval because I wasted so much time with the others. I may have spoken up to 10 brokers who were either unable to assist or assess my situation as promised or just vaguely suggested I should accept any funds from any lenders due to my company tax structure. Suvidh was able, within or less than a week, to get my application assessed and approved! With options from a few major lenders. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Suvidh and Rahul guided me throughout the entire process. I’m already in the process of putting in an offer for my 2nd property. Absolutely will pursue through with Suvidh and his team.
