Arnab has been always one second approachable person. message him and he is ready with answer to all your query. he helped me getting my first home buyer amount of $10000 directly to my account when i had already paid $10000 excess to builder. he works exceptionally well, he explained me how to use offset account. whenever payment was requested by builder , he will immdeatly forward details to bank without any second delay and payment was always getting released from bank without any delay. he is very much helpful. i must say your service is toooooooooooooo goood. thank you for everything. now i am in my home.

Suvidh is very a professional mortgage broker. He helped me in securing our home loan. While other brokers/lenders have told that I might not get that required borrowing capacity, Suvidh helped me in optimising my borrowing capacity & secure a better deal with a major lender. His team are very professional and attentive to details. Due to the recent rate hikes lender has chosen to drop the borrowing capacity significantly(despite holding a preapproval letter) without any formal indication or hint. Suvidh escalated the situation to National level managers, negotiated and sorted just before cooling off period.
