Consider for refinance deals however beware if you have a timeline for a new loan as you would never get an outcome on time. I got extension 3 times, howeevr the loan still didn't get through. I was told to go unconditional without a loan approval. I went to another bank where my loan got approved in less than 24 hours as all my documents were clear and straight forward. I got a call back from cinch loans a week after I went unconditional basis on the other bank and they mentioned it's taking too long, let's try another bank. Sorry to say, My personal experience was not great.
