Tanya and her team have gone above and beyond for us throughout the entire process. Communication was clear, consistent and easy to understand every step of the way, and nothing was ever too much trouble for Tanya or her team They made what can often be a stressful and overwhelming process feel smooth, straightforward and stress free . We always felt supported, comfortable and at ease, knowing we were in such good hands. Thank you again Tanya for making this whole experience so positive we can’t wait to do it again soon!

Tanya Gibbons from Birdie Finance found our family the best deal that perfectly suited our needs. She went above and beyond by accommodating us with after hours consultations on multiple occasions to help meet our busy schedules, which made the whole process so much easier for us. She took the time to carefully explain all the ins and outs of the various bank offers, answering every question thoroughly and reassuring us whenever we had worries. Her patience and clear communication gave us real peace of mind. We would highly recommend Tanya, and also Kate from the Birdie team. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel supported and straightforward from start to finish.

Tanya and Kate at Birdie were the absolute best! Nothing was too hard for them, and they got me a fantastic new rate/offer. I wasnt even sure i would qualify for a larger mortgage as a single mum, but they waved their wands and here i am! They kept me up to date with all updates, Kate would email me friday afternoons to give me an update before the weekend. Tanya went through the new contract with me to ensure everything was correct, and explained anything i didnt understand. I would 100% recommend Tanya and Kate both!

Tanya put me at ease with her great communication and knowledge. She made the process much less stressful for me.
