Prior to working with Greenline I had a belief that working with a broker is slow tedious process. I have worked with 3 other brokers in the past and I feel very fortunate to have been able to get my loans approved with Thaer, in a quick and timely manner. Already having a couple loans, I needed someone with the skill set to get the job done. I initially sort out Greenline because no other broker could get the job done. They were either too slow, or lacked the know-how to structure loan applications effectively. Other brokers I worked with "needed a few weeks" to "crunch the numbers", "waiting to hear back from the banks", "we need your bank statement for x account" (when I lodged all my documents with them weeks ago!), "You have HECS, it won't work", "I need to talk to the tooth fairy...". Every excuse under the sun... Not with Greenline! Thaer discussed all options with me and came up with a solution within a day! A couple weeks later I had conditional approval (a plan to eliminate my HECS debt), followed by a formal approval another week later. Greenline is way ahead of every other broker I have worked with and I believe this is because their passion overlaps with their knowledge and professionalism, making them very good at what they do. I am looking forward to working with Greenline again soon!
