Having made the decision to purchase our first home was somewhat daunting. Whilst we were moving through the motions we were after a broker that just cared that little bit extra / and we found it tend fold from Tim and the wider team. Tim was recommended and from the get go he was response, was able to cater to the type of communication that suited me, never made us feel like any question was too silly and even replied out of hours when it was crunch time. Tim took the time to explain not just the mortgage process, but also the process on his side which put us at ease / he is also exceptional at exploring all options and providing rationale for all which allowed us to make the correct, informed, decision for us. This is something we really appreciated given our knowledge was at a beginner level. I also want to call out that the submission of documentation was a breeze and he worked exceptionally well with our Conveyancer (who called our Tim and the team were a pleasure to work with). The mortgage process felt manageable and we appreciate the genuine excitement we felt in securing our new home!
