Tim was extremely helpful for us, particularly with this being our first purchase. The start of our process was daunting but Tim went above and beyond to guide us and ensure that we were well informed. He was extremely knowledgeable and was available at all hours to answer all our questions (even the dumb ones). I can't recommend Tim enough.
