Upset we have to highlight errors in figures. Recent one was my past employer details were totally incorrect. Then told that doesn’t matter it’s in the past. It does matter to me. It’s a legal document. And it should be hard for Nyat to get it right. When questioned on this she said she got the info from my last payslip, which doesn’t even match what she put in the contract. So didn’t even have the time to check and see where she messed up. Losing confidence. So many errors. Sure some don’t matter but it’s unprofessional. I’m questioning your ability saying we can service these loans when you can’t get a bank contract correct copying information from our supplied documents. I am stressed. You guys don’t listen and just keep pressing to sign stuff. It’s like your KPIs now don’t align with G’s culture of helping people
