Tyson was awesome from the outset; both builder and real estate agent were terrible and it wouldn't have taken anything for a broker to walk away from the deal after having to put through two extensions of one application then a brand new application to a new bank when the first walked away - Tyson didn't, and was incredibly patient throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent and constant, and I cannot fault any experience I've had with this element of the transaction and will definitely be engaging Tysons services and expertise when the next purchase is made in the near future.
