Vic and Minnie were responsive and easy to communicate with. They went through all of our potential circumstances and ways forward for our situation well before we made a decision on a property. They helped present multiple suitable options for us with multiple lenders. They helped us secure a suitable loan as an investment even with multiple dependents and self employment

We have used Vic Giannakis for many years to manage all of our mortgages, and he has consistently provided outstanding service. Vic and his team have extensive market knowledge and take the time to understand and tailor solutions to suit our individual circumstances, rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach. What really sets Vic apart is the level of personal service, you never feel like just another client or number. Communication is clear, timely, and thorough, and we always feel confident that our best interests are being prioritised. We would have no hesitation in recommending Vic and his company to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and highly responsive mortgage broker.

Thankyou to Vic and Jackie for everything you have done to help me with my mortgage. You both made it so easy for me and everytime I had a question I would hear back from you straight away . Thanks again

Vic and his team have been personable, knowledgeable and extremely efficient in supporting our financial needs for over 2 decades. Vic has made navigating our financial decisions and accessing best options fun, positive and stress free. The complete opposite of doing it in our own. Thanks Vic & Team

Vic Giannakis was amazing and super professional. This is the second time we’ve used his services — he helped us with our first home loan and now with our second property as well. He made the whole process easy and stress-free, was always responsive, and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend Vic if you’re looking for a broker you can trust!

Vic and the team were very professional and great to work with, everything was so easy and effortless. Highly recommended!

Vic and the whole team at Better Choice, made the experience of applying for my new home loan simple and without drama. With all there experience and expertise, they provided me with a list of items they needed to be able to work out what loan from what business would be most suitable to my situation. They then got back to me with half a dozen different options and after I went through this on my own, a loan and bank was selected. From then we focused on what was required to be provided to the bank with a few back and forward Q&As along the way. Soon after the loan was approved and settlement was soon after that without any issues. I would recommend using Better Choice and Vic to anyone looking for a team of people who work very hard to get you the best deal for your requirements with regards to your next home loan. Happy Customer Cameron

I have dealt with Vick and the Team at better choice mortgage brokers on different projects. And I find them fantastic to deal with. They listen to clients, guide when necessary and offer options of lenders with best rate and options.

Vic was personable and listened to our needs. He was able to get exactly what we wanted and at a lower rate than our current mortgages, even when other brokers had said it was not possible. He was efficient and in communication regularly, I could not more highly recommend.

Informative options on the best way forward that suited our needs. We will continue in the future with Vic and his team

We had an outstanding experience working with Vic Giannakis as our mortgage broker. His extensive home loan lending experience and knowledge were evident from our very first meeting, which gave us tremendous confidence throughout the entire process. Vic's expertise made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and well-guided. He took the time to explain our options clearly and helped us navigate every step with professionalism and care. His wonderful team was equally supportive, making the whole journey smooth and straightforward. If you're looking for a mortgage broker who combines deep industry knowledge with genuine support and guidance, I can't recommend Vic highly enough. We felt we were in capable hands from start to finish.

Had a good experience with Vic. He compared rates and went back and forth with a couple banks to give us the best options. We identified some structural issues with the property and he was able to connect us with his other clients with expertise in the area, so we could make an informed decision under time pressure. We really value our relationship with Vic.
