Amazing knowledge and communication

Vicky’s guidance and knowledge was so incredibly helpful for someone who has never gone through this process before. I felt like we understood the process and were well informed of every step. She has always been available to answer any and every question we had, as well as provide comprehensive yet easy to understand emails. It has been a relief knowing that Vicky has been there supporting us through the process and we don’t need to do try and understand everything on our own.
