After dealing with other Mortgage Agents we dumped this last minute on Wayne just in the run up to Christmas - far from ideal timing. Wayne accepted the challenge which was further exacerbated by the fact that we are self-employed and subject to more rigorous assessment. In a short time, we had completed all of the relevant documentation. We were happy to say that we had a relaxing Christmas confident that our new property would be settled in January. I'm not sure who was more nervous but pleased to say it all went well. So well in fact that we had enough confidence to move in under licence pre- Christmas. Thanks Wayne!
