Our experience with Will was fantastic! As first home buyers we didn't quite know much, but since our first contact Will has taken the time to explain everything we should know in a very clear manner and fight hard to make our purchase happen. When we contacted him, we didn't quite think it would be possible for us to get a home due to the specifics of our circumstance. However, Will came up with a targeted plan with clear steps that gave us hope. We decided to try! As we moved along, Will was always there to answer questions and guide us to make offers, etc. It was really great to have his support. Once we got our offer accepted and was preparing for settlement, an unexpected issue came up that put the process (and our dream!) at risk. However, Will didn't give up and fought really hard for us, using all his knowledge, experience and network to correct the situation. Sure enough, he did! I contacted Will and responded quickly and with some great strategies. I requested a quick process and the whole process between my first message to him, finding a property, applying for the loan, approval and the settlement was 31 days (including 5 days of delay from the seller's solicitor).
