Dealing with Zakee and his team has been as close to a set-and-forget as I've ever gotten when it came to home loans. Zakee himself has been particularly accessible, whenever I needed to ask a question. Given I was a refinance sceptic from the start, this has been the best and most trouble-free experience with applying for a loan I've ever had, while being transparent all the way through.
