Located at the top end of the Park on Lake Victoria side gives beautiful views towards Lake Victoria and and the mountains from your own private deck at the rear of the site. And easy access to the Lake via the pathway only a few steps away. The site offers a caravan and annex, very neat and tidy and well cared for. The van and annex also have a fairly new carport built over the top to ensure it is kept weatherproof. Inside you will find the annex is set up for lounging and also has a double bed with bi fold doors for privacy; this space could be used for whatever you please. Heading up inside the van there is bedding for another six people which makes this van able to comfortably sleep eight people. Privacy is also available within the bunk space in the van with another bi fold door able to be closed off. The van isn't short of utilities for a comfortable stay with gas cooking and hot water and a split system located in the annex area as well. The site comes furnished and ready for your stay. The freshly refurbished toilet block, and camp kitchen is also within a very short walk and the playground just down the road for the kids. Boat ramp for a day on the water is at the start of the caravan park and the towns shops all within walking distance along with the RSL Club & Golf Course. Please note annual fees are approximately $4,360 per year, included in your fees are both power and water and 89 nights stay per year for two adults and one child aged 4 - 15 years. Stays beyond the 89 nights are charged at $20-00 per night.
