Nice upgraded road right through near 2 acre block!! will therefore make building exceptionally easier with plenty of room for large trucks and shipping containers if needed This land could theoretically be subdivided into two or three blocks but the high cost in fees, especially fees (possibly hundreds of thousands) associated with recently introduced rules insisting electricity be hardwired to front door of each new block ( that is, if I understood the town planner correctly) would make the prospect of any new subdivision for this block almost unfeasible. One might as well use that huge sum to build a house with a state of art solar and batteries If the costs for subdivison are so inhibitory now, this block might as well remain as a single dwelling with a large garden.
